From Route 183 South (Schuylkill Ave.), heading in towards Reading:
turn right onto Columbia Street (before bridge into city). At T intersection, turn left onto Butler Street. Follow curve in road. The road is now Columbia St. again. At the end of the street is the Parking Lot. (You must go to the right to enter.)

Coming from Reading on 183 north, once you cross the bridge over Schuylkill river, take the second left onto Columbia Street and follow as above. 

A new attraction at Stonecliffe Recreation Area is an Action Park for skaters and bikers. 

(Skates include in-line skates, skateboards and scooters.
Bikes include BMX-style bikes only.)

Sessions times for bikes and skates are broken into 2 or 3 hour blocks and vary each day of the week. (Park hours and session times pictured below)

Adjacent to the action park is a soccer field, surrounded by a winding macadam walkway (pictured above).  Adjoining this walkway is a bike trail (pictured at left), which follows a long, scenic path along the course of the river
